Our Story

It’s no secret that the Covid-19 pandemic has hit businesses hard and the hairdressing industry is no exception. Many hairstylists lost their jobs amidst the Movement Control Order and were not equipped with the digital know-hows to take their job search online. Salons also struggled to fill vacant roles in preparation for the economic reopening. 

And thus The Hair Bank was born! Built by industry veterans, our mission is to create a dedicated network to help connect job seeking hairstylists with hiring salons easily. The Hair Bank enables hairstylists to easily create a digital resume and showcase their work, while salons would be able to browse and search for their ideal candidate.
